When you work with Beck & Hofer as your construction management partner, we coordinate the construction of your project while you are responsible for procuring and holding all trade contracts. We are responsible to you and act as your agent at every stage of the project. During the preconstruction phase we provide critical input to the design team and you regarding cost estimates, scheduling, constructability, value engineering and general technical assistance. During the construction phase we oversee subcontractors on your behalf and manage the overall progress, quality and flow of information.
