Cave Gamers was a warehousing and office project that’s primary objective was to satisfy storage requirements and create efficient office & refurbishment space, while minding future growth for this growing company.

Beck & Hofer served as the Design-Build General Contractor and managed the entire process from start to finish; from site selection to design, permitting, and construction closeout. Through our adaptive design & construction process, we were able to deliver a new facility that consolidated previous multiple locations and set Cave Gamers up for future growth and easy/cost effective expansion opportunities.

The project encompassed 44k SF of warehousing that’s 40’ + tall to accommodate high-pile storage and a narrow aisle racking system to efficiently maximize storage capacity. In addition to the warehouse, the project incorporated 20k SF of office/refurbishment/operations space. Taking advantage of the tall building heights, we designed and incorporated a 2nd Level structure in the office/refurbishment area for a cost-effective way to provide additional square footage and maximize usable space.

Commencing in the fall of 2022, the project faced weather-related challenges during the harsh winter that we experienced. Through careful planning and adaptability, we were able to keep the project moving forward and delivered the completed facility on schedule, late summer 2023.
