Mike has been part of the construction industry since 2008, building his career from laborer to project engineer, and now project manager at Beck and Hofer. A graduate of South Dakota State University with a degree in Construction Management, Mike brings a strong, hands-on understanding of every stage of the building process. His broad experience allows him to lead projects efficiently, with a focus on quality, teamwork, and client satisfaction.

Outside of work, Mike stays busy with his four kids — Hadleigh, Lane, Tate, and Nash — and their two dogs, Gemma and Eddie. Much of his free time is spent at baseball and softball fields during the summer and football and basketball games in the fall and winter. A passionate sports fan, Mike’s also a huge Nebraska Huskers and Minnesota Vikings fan and never misses a chance to cheer them on.

At work or at play, Mike brings energy, experience, and a good sense of humor wherever he goes. Mike’s leadership, industry knowledge, and dedication to both his projects and his team make him a valued member of the Beck and Hofer family.
