Lance’s background in commercial and agricultural construction started over 25 years ago. Over the years he’s learned a thing or two about how to keep a project on track and on budget! He’s had a lot of training opportunities in leadership and an Associated General Contractors (AGC) internship.

Lance is passionate about family, sports, and cars. He spends much of his free time with his loved ones, especially cheering on his daughter’s softball teams during summer evenings at the ballpark. A lifelong car enthusiast, Lance studied auto-body after high school and continues to enjoy racing and restoring classic cars. Whether he's at a sporting event or behind the wheel, Lance brings energy and dedication to everything he does.
