Position Overview:

The role of the Construction Superintendent is to provide onsite coordination for all phases of commercial construction projects. This includes coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring specifications are being strictly followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget, including directing, scheduling, and coordinating subcontractors and field personnel. The Superintendent is responsible for scheduling, inspections, jobsite safety and quality control.

The ideal candidate for this position is a safety-minded leader with excellent communication skills, manages projects effectively and efficiently, understands project cost analysis and budgeting, cultivates a positive culture on their jobsites, and maintains good working relationships with all employees within the team.
